Simply bring a valid government-issued photo ID (like a passport or driver’s license) to the airport. With your boarding pass in hand—printed or mobile—you can proceed directly to security without visiting the airline counter, unless otherwise instructed.

To cancel your reservation, head to the “My Bookings” section on Jetita’s website or app. Enter your booking reference and follow the guided steps to cancel. Note: Airline cancellation rules, including penalties or non-refundable fares, may apply.

Baggage allowance and check-in requirements depend on your airline and ticket type. For up-to-date details on weight limits, bag fees, and online or airport check-in times, please refer to your airline’s official website prior to departure.
